On the basis of a green screen video of a woman wearing a VR headset and moving her hands, the task was to come up with a fictional user interface that she might be using. Her hand movements reminded me of sorting or organizing — which sparked the idea for a small interactive game.
To begin, I motion-tracked the woman’s head movement to generate a virtual screen — a space for the fictional game interaction to unfold. As a playful bonus, I recorded the two sound effects during a sound workshop.
